Our TeamOur ASE certified technicians are factory trained and certified in all types of repair and maintenance including radiators and cooling, suspension and steering, ABS and brakes, electrical/electronic systems, heating and air conditioning, engine repair, and factory scheduled maintenance. All of our technicians are certified and professional, plus they have the combined experience of over 80 years in general automotive repair. 
Doug Johnson – Owner/technician
Experience: 30 years
ASE Master Certified in Cars and Trucks ASE Certified in L1 & L2 Advanced Level Diagnostics Degree from the Automotive Management Institute Doug worked on heavy trucks for 15 years and then transitioned to the automotive industry years ago specializing in BMW's. 
Paul Fredrick – Service Writer
Experience: 20 years
ASE Certified Service Consultant Certified BMW & Porsche Technician Paul has worked in the auto industry for the past 14 years. Paul is passionate about German cars and loves talking to customers about cars. 
William Johnson
Experience: 15 years
ASE Certified William has many years of dealership experience. He has been working at Johnson and Johnson Imports for the past 5 years. 
Richard Hinman
Experience: 25 years
ASE Certified Certified Mercedes Benz Technician Richard is new to the Johnson and Johnson family but has many years of dealership experience specializing in Mercedes Benz. Ken Robinson - Jack of all trades/Father-in-law
Experience: 35 years
Ken keeps the boys at Johnson & Johnson in line! Ken helps with office duties, shuttle service. Ken loves fishing and watching college sports.
