I took my BMW for diagnostic back in August. The car was new to me and was already having issues. They performed a diagnostic but ended up sending me to the BMW stealership when they ran into issues that can only be diagnosed/repaired by the dealer. It sucked BUT I was also thankful that they made an effort to and managed to get me in quickly for the diagnostic... Why 5 stars? They managed to work me in quickly, and they were honest with what they found and their limitation on the few issues that are "Dealer ONLY".... Many shops will send you home with an improper diagnosis and a fix that wasn't needed and then charge you more when you keep returning with persistent issues..... These people are honest.
