While returning from the coast in a driving thunderstorm, the serpentine belt slipped completely off the engine of my VW Toureg TDI. It was Sunday afternoon; shops closed; stranded. I had the car towed to J&J without having even spoken to them. They professionally diagnosed and repaired the car on Monday without an appointment and had us back on our way by early afternoon.
