Engine Maintenance, near Raleigh, NC

While returning from the coast in a driving thunderstorm, the serpentine belt slipped completely off the engine of my VW Toureg TDI. It was Sunday afternoon; shops closed; stranded. I had the car towed to J&J without having even spoken to them. They professionally diagnosed and repaired the car on Monday without an appointment and had us back on our way by early afternoon. This is complete customer commitment and service. I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you.
